Terms
Terms of Use
Rules for authorised use of the ZenNextVerify public website, MIS, candidate intake, documents, and report verification features.
Last updated: 11 August 2026
Authorised use
The public website provides general information about ZenNextVerify. The MIS, candidate intake, documents, reports, and verification endpoints may be used only for their intended and authorised purpose.
Account responsibility
Authorised users must keep credentials confidential, use only their assigned account, maintain accurate contact information, and promptly report suspected unauthorised access.
Prohibited activity
Users must not attempt to access another organisation's data, bypass role controls, scrape candidate information, upload malicious content, interfere with service availability, or use a report outside the permitted engagement purpose.
Information and service limitations
Website resources are general information and are not legal advice. Verification outcomes depend on the agreed scope, candidate inputs, source availability, permitted methods, and information available at the time of search. A no-match or unable-to-verify result should be interpreted within that scope.
Intellectual property
ZenNextVerify branding, platform interface, original website content, templates, and software are protected to the extent provided by applicable rights. Client and candidate information remains subject to the applicable engagement and privacy obligations.
Production review required
These terms are an operational baseline for the product implementation. The contracting legal entity, governing law, liability provisions, service commitments, dispute process, and jurisdiction must be completed and reviewed by qualified counsel before production publication.
